Today we’re introducing two new ways to get more from the movement you already do: Nutrition and Exercise Areas. Together, they make Run and Gets more useful before, during, and after a workout—helping you understand your fuel, discover new places to train, and earn rewards for verified activity.
Nutrition: a clearer next step for your day
Nutrition brings meals, calories, protein, carbs, fats, and activity together in one daily view. You can log food across the day, see how it adds up against your target, and use the seven-day trend to spot patterns rather than judging a single meal or workout in isolation.
Coach uses that same context to offer one practical next action when it is useful: a prompt to start logging, a reminder to fuel ahead of a planned strength session, or a clear view of the protein still remaining for the day. The aim is not a rigid meal plan—it is less guesswork and a more useful decision in the moment.
Exercise Areas: more reason to explore
Exercise Areas are featured, time-bound promotions around real routes and locations. Each one shows the mapped area, eligible activities, valid dates, and the maximum Runcoins bonus available—giving you a simple reason to try a new track, trail, or local route.
When you save an eligible workout, Run and Gets checks its recorded route against the area boundary. A high-confidence match is needed, and if multiple areas match, the best eligible bonus is applied. Final Runcoins are then rechecked against the workout evidence, so the reward reflects the activity you actually completed.
